Latch Stitch Edged Fleece Blanket Materials: 1 piece of no-pill fleece fabric 50" x 72" or larger 1 Crochet hook, size H/5.0 to J/6.0 1 Bag of fleece strips  First take your fabric to the Project Linus group, and have them trim it and add holes along the edge. They will give you a bag of fleece strips to add a latch fringe. Sort out the strips by color and decide what you would like your pattern to be. Find the top side of the fleece by identifying which pictures have the sharpest edges. Blurry edges of images means it is the backside of the fabric. Gently pull apart the edge of the fleece to see where the holes are. Use your crochet hook to poke up from the bottom. Now use the hook to grab a strip somewhere in the middle, and pull down a loop of the fabric. Keep the strip from twisting. Pull the ends through the loop, and try to make them even at the end.
